Congressman Neil Abercrombie of Hawaii's 1st district has
an 85% environmental record for 1998, according to the League of
Conservation Voters. He is also a member of the Progressive
Caucus, a member of the Armed Services Committee, the ranking
Democrat on the Military Personnel Subcommittee, a member of the
Resources Committee and is Democratic Whip-At-Large. In addition
