Congressman Pete Stark of California's 13th district has a
92% environmental record for 1998, according to the League of
Conservation Voters. He is also on the Executive Committee of the
Progressive Caucus, serves on the Ways and Means Committee, is a
Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Health, is the Ranking
House Member of the Joint Economic Committee and a member of the
Subcommittee on Human Resources. In addition to his good
