Mumia Abu-Jamal is a spectacular example of the lack of
justice in American courts for poor people, black people, natives,
other minorities, true environmentalists and anyone else who is
not a corporate puppet enslaved and brainwashed by flashy
advertising and other corporate/political lies. He is also a
spectacular example of the many black and other thorns in the
side of the corporate/political/military establishment who have
been unjustly assassinated, executed, persecuted, jailed and
otherwise deprived of their freedom of speech and of life. If
this army of visionaries had not been taken away from us by
powerful and continuous conspiracies, we would today enjoy the
real democracy we so passionately miss. For being a beacon of
light that illuminates the ugly lies and blows away our dark
despair, Mumia Abu-Jamal has been named Futuresaver of the Week.
