Mulitmedia plays an essential part in instructional design. To put a cliche, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a moving picture is worth many more. My knowledge in multimedia includes multimedia presentations, 3D animations and moving scenario illustrations. I was instrumental in introducing macromedia flash in Honeywell (a fortune 500 company). The flash quick tour's that I did became so popular, that it became the de-facto standard for any software application release in the digitazation business unit of Honeywell India. The Quick tours that I have developed in Honeywell, were an excellent tool to explain complex business application features to the end user. This helped a long way in making the end user's comfortable with the application that we designed and developed.
