Comments: I started becoming interested in WICCA about 9 years ago. I bought the books, and began my "education." Without the support that I needed, for questions due to "ignorance," and inexperience, I threw the books away, and gave up. My husband bought me this computer for my birthday, and this is where I am today.... Maybe with this site, and the guidance of others more knowledgable in the CRAFT, things will work out better this time. All my life, I have had "insight," I guess you would call it. Ex: My husband works overseas, and 9 times out of 10, I have this FEELING when he is going to call...and the phone rings. I have also had spiritual experiences, as well as knowing that certian things are going to happen. Too much to get into. I don't know what to do with "it," and I don't know how to nurture this gift.(for lack of a better term) Of course...some people might say it's coincidence...but I know that it is much larger. Anyone have any advice?

Comments: I started studying Wiccacraft in the 70's while a teen. Still studying (are you ever through with your studies, though?), and have been practising for a year now. How's that for a long learning period?! I was born on Imbolc, and Wicca just felt right for me - other religions couldn't answer some of my questions, such as; Why is the Xian religion male-deity only, when we were supposedly created in the deity's image, and we have two sexes? I feel that Wicca helps you to find yourself and teaches self-control through understanding the Threefold Law. It also teaches you to look beyond the surface when dealing with others and see the true reasons for their actions. This helps me to understan why there is so much hate in the world, and I practice rituals to try to help abolish it. Blessed be!
