- Symbolic Notation
- For convenience, we use a set of symbols to rewrite our statements.

- Truth Functions
- We have seen that an individual statement may be True or False.
- We will use Truth Tables to identify all of the possible values for each of the Elements, Premises and Conclusions.
- This will help us determine the Validity of an argument.
- We will start by identifying Truth Functions for each of the above operators (symbols).
