Continuum Consulting Services, LLC (Continuum) was co-founded by
Wendy White and Lisa Main in October 2000. Wendy and Lisa have been professional colleagues and friends, committed to serving their clients since 1989. Continuum was created as an expansion of their previous business RETREATS Inc. so that they may offer a broader spectrum of business consulting services. Both are Charter Members of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting, LLC, a newly formed international consultancy committed to creating a positive revolution in change.

Wendy White

For over 18 years Wendy has shared her passion, insight, creativity and wealth of experience with her clients. She is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations realize and achieve their greatest potential. Wendy accomplishes this by combining

business and human performance practices with an ability to inspire the heart of employees.

In November of 1994, Wendy became one of the founding directors of RETREATS Inc., a Human Performance and Training Services company. The company specialized in team development and experiential, adventure-based training. In 2000 she co-founded Continuum Consulting Services, LLC. Wendy consults on a regular basis with BlueCross BlueShield of NC, Research Triangle Institute, Regency Housing and many other Research Triangle Park companies. She also serves as adjunct staff with the Center for Creative Leadership, J. O Rogers and Associates, Duke University Delta Consulting and is an active training partner with the Triangle Learning Consortium.

A strong belief in the principles of Servant Leadership motivates Wendy to give her talents back to the community. She currently serves on the Board for Allied Churches of Alamance County, and has just completed a reorganization of the agency using the Appreciative Inquiry process. Her storytelling character, The Camp Lady, makes regular appearances at local schools and scout troops and teaches children about protecting the environment, personal empowerment and the importance of volunteerism.

A graduate from Slippery Rock State University, she continues her education with University of North Carolina - Charlotte, and is a graduate of the Organizational Development Certificate Program and is a qualified Myers-Briggs instructor.

Lisa Marie Main, MA, ABS

Lisa has enjoyed facilitating, training and consulting since 1985. Her diverse spectrum of professional experiences is rich with adventure and experiential-based programs. She possesses a strong passion for peace and acute ability to understand human dynamics making her a resourceful, gifted and compassionate consultant.

Lisa was a founding director of RETREATS Inc. in 1994. While attending graduate school it became obvious that her skills and interests were outgrowing RETREATS so she co-founded Continuum Consulting Services, LLC in 2000. Believing strongly in giving back to her community, Lisa serves on several development committees for the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) and is also active with the Puget Sound Network for Compassionate Communication and her local public school system.

Lisa obtained her Masters Degree of Applied Behavioral Science: Leadership in Human Systems, from LIOS/Bastyr University and holds a B.S. degree in Administration of Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. She recently completed the Executive Coaching Certificate program and is eagerly learning to master the art of Appreciative Inquiry and Family and System Constellations.
