I wanted to focus on God's love today (it being Valentine's Day and all)... among many many other things over the years God sent Jesus as a 'token' of his love and affection for us. He gave us the gift that would communicate forever that he loves us and that we need never doubt that. I can as a single woman, feel unloved, not special, not chosen at times but I need to remember that I am God's valentine - the object of his affection - that makes me chosen by the author of love!! What 'token' of my love can I give to God today to communicate my heart, my love for him, my gratitude for his patience with me -- with my doubts, questions and fears??
