Coffee(Coffea arabica) - Used as a sacred drink among the Atzec, Mayan and Inca peoples - most effective for this purpose if it is *not* consumed as a regular beverage. Ritual clarity and insight.
Caffea -- Uranus, Mercury.

Fennel Seed(Foeniculum vulgare) - Prevents curses, possessions and negative problems. `warm ~pungent ^ liver, kidneys, spleen, stomach
Fenkel -- Mercury.

Galangal Rt.(Alpina officinalis or A. galanga) - Strength in court, hex breaking, for psychic clarity.
Lo John, Chewing John, Gargaut, India Root, Catarrh Root -- Mars.

High John the Conqueror(Convolvulus jalapa) - *POISON*, Protection, win in gambling, obtain success, love.
Bindweed, Wild jalap, Ipomea jalapa or purga -- Mars.

Musk-Mallow(Hibiscus abelmoschus) - Lust, obtain success, love.
Rose mallow, Target-leaved hibiscus, Musk seed plant, Ambretta -- Pluto, Saturn. Athena, Shiva, Thoth. *Tarot - the 4 Kings & 4 Twos

Rosehips(Rosa spp.) - Brings in good spirits, good luck, tonic.
Venus.

Sumac Berries(Rhus glabra) - *POISON* - The poisonous berries are smooth whereas the non-poisonous are covered in acid, crimson hairs. Carry for no arguments, friction or trouble at home or at work.
