| The death penalty is indisputably a deterrent to recidivism. If the sentence is carried out as assigned, then the likes of Wilford Berry and Lawrence Singleton would never again be able to rape, maim, torture or murder. The question is always life or death. In my opinion, both are too easy for rapists, murders, pedophiles and child abusers. |
Society needs to formulate a special punishment for these "special" human beings.
