WARNING: This may get very wierd indeed. You have been warned.
For the benefit of the guys who have to rate my page to see whether it is worthy or not, I will leave a quick note here temporarily.
1) My page may not be in the right neighborhood. I am not sure of that since it covers many subjects. Maybe Area51 would have been better, but at the time I signed up this is the first place I came to that had vacancies. It was a long way down my list of preffered locations, but I've got used to it now.
2) The page is not finished, but it is accelerating towards it. The sub-pages will all be completed within a month i hope (wishful thinking :) and the links at the bottom of the page will soon dissapear into their own section. This place is also going to become a little more civilised than it is now. I think the decor needs toning down a little for a start.....
3) I will in all likelyhood have some arty bits on in future. At least, a page containing some artistic stuff I've made.
Okay, that's it.
Hey, check out this like, totally inaccurate counter..
This site has had
hits since 24th of April. Probably.
New; My email postcard to you. A quite pointless and possibly very temporary feature.
And if that isn't good enough, another quickie - OUR GCSE EXAM RESULTS are now out!! Joy! (Or in some cases, severe depression. It's not funny..)
Joy! I've found time to give my site a MAJOR bit of renovation. I have now started code on three of the listed sub-sites; you'll find the links to them further down the page (Tax the Yanks, Phun wiv Phish, and Thingz in Spaaayce). And now, nearly 3 months since starting my site, I have added.. well, so far two more pages but that total will increase as the evening draws on. Draws on a big spliff, i should be so lucky. The pages in question are 'Bizzare News from Behind the Glob' and 'The Techno-knowlegeable Graveyard' -- like all the others they are only an outline of what is to come. You can find links to them along with all the others at the bottom of this page. Also, a new idea. 'The 16 Ton Award' is coming... if you see it on any other site before this notice is removed, it's been stolen. So right now i must say.. ''The 16 Ton Award' is copyright (c) 1998 Mark Penrice and remains his intellectual property for as long as he wants it to'.. alright??
THIS SITE IS BEST VIEWED WITH YOUR EYES. IT CONTAINS NO JAVA, NO FRAMES, but unfortunately one of THOSE IRRIATING WINDOWS THAT POP UP UNEXPECTEDLY, but it's nothing to do with me - the geocities server forces it down the line...:(
Right, now i've got all that out of the way, I can get onto the site proper. (DISCLAIMER: I am writing this new site straight over the top of the old one, so bits of it might creep in at points. forgive me.)
Hello there. My name is Mark Penrice, alternately known as Eddy Hitler on-line or a variety of other names in real life, not many of them complimentary. This site is (er, will be) a showcase of some of my interests, and the things I encounter in life, but mainly a bucketload of bizzare and intruiging items that me and a few friends thought up during some very boring lessons at school...
Anyhow, check out these mugshots for a quick idea of what I look like and where I got the 'Eddy Hitler' name from..
Thingz in space (formerly babies in vacuum)
bizzare news from behind the glob.
The TechnoKnowlegeable Graveyard
And now for the ones that i haven't written up (don't worry, they're in the pipeline, and the list is growing shorter by the hour)..
I may include a nice starry background on some pages. perhaps.
Workable Ecological Economic Miracle Cars.. :)
