POEMS CONTENT.

This section is dedicated to some verses written to celebrate intimate events. They do not claim any literary credit.
However, readers may be tempted to consider reading some of them.

The collection, so far, includes, the following titles:-

SHARELINK: a couple who really loved each other dearly desired to celebrate their bonding by reading a few verses during their wedding ceremony. Read the poem HERE.

WITHOUT: Creatures, including humans, instinctively attach themselves to other objects or other creatures. They feel satisfied "to belong" and to be "be-longed." The closer the and firmer the attachment, the deeper the loss when the links break. Read the poem HERE.

APRIL BIRTHDAYS: Like showers in April, birthdays falling during part of April, presumably enjoy an aura of good feeling. Horoscopes describing these occurances take advantage and exhalt Aries qualities. Read the poem HERE.

NEVER LESS ALONE - THE LONELY GOLFER: Golfers fail sometimes to organise team play. To keep the game up to scratch, they therefore must, play "against the course!" which,in simple language, stands for playing alone! Read this poem HERE.

PASSIONWAY. A few random verses to commemorate the celebration of intimacies and delight with people whom we love and care for. Even at a distance relationships built solidly on mutual respect, dignity and esteem, even when translated into concrete physical encounters leave a permanent and lasting mark to cherish and cultivate. Mature readers will probably appreciate in greater depth the meanings in the lines, in between and beyond. Read the poem here.

SITE FROM BACK HALL. The view from the back of the hall during a presntation is very revealing and thought provoking. You can read the poem here. Click.

MYSTERIOUSLY BEAUTIFUL. It has been said that 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder.' Though perhaps somewhat debatable, Dante held Beatrice in high esteem, so did Julius Caesar to Cleopatra. History offers a lengthy list of couples that fit in this category. Some immortalised their feelings in literature. Read the poem, which attempts an account on the topic here.

ROS-I-ES. Females, besides being adorned with natural beauty, have the added value of sentimental personal names. Some examples may be: Alyssa, Amaryllis, Daisy, Hyacinth to mention a few. But topping the list may be Rose and its derivatives, such as Rosie, Rosetta, Rosa, Rosalie, Ruza and so on. Roses in the garden of creation are undoubtedly amongst the most beautiful flowers. But they almost all have hurting spines. They are, therefore very strong and powerful when banking on their beauty, but at the same time very fragile considering their short span of life and dangerous spines. These sentiments are encapsuled in the poem here. Read the poem here.
