Third Stage - 7° form to 5° yearThird Stage - 7° form to 5° yearThe study of English is consolidated through PET (Preliminary English Test), FCE (First Certificate of English), IGCSE English as a Second Language, IGCSE English as a First Language and AICE English.
The subjects in the English Curriculum are the following: History, Literature, Current Affairs, Biology, Maths, Art and English Language.
The objective is to achieve the ICE (International Certificate of Education) from Cambridge University, by the end of the Secondary School.
As from 1999, we start our AICE Curriculum (Advanced International Certificate of Education), which is a pre-university course that will enable students to enter National and International Universities.
Up to now, the following Argentine Private Universities accepts this certificate as entrance exam: San Andrés, Del Salvador, Favaloro e ITBA.
In our English Department we also have activities such as our "Drama Club". This is an optional workshop, which helps our students to express themselves and improve their level of oral English.
It culminates with a yearly Concert where students work, not only as actors and actresses, but as set designers and illuminators as well.
