From the age of two, the children can experience at school "Silent Reading" periods.

ERIC or Everybody Reads In The Classroom, has the aim to get the children familiar with the written words, even before they can read, this ability involves them in the fascinating world of images and texts, developing the early pleasure and delight of reading.

Reading is much more than an utilitarian tool, surely literature offers an extra dimension to life.

Literature gives us images to think with. It is vital that children learn to enjoy reading and the obvious place to start is with a "story".

Offer the children a wide variety of books, this quiet activity can be experienced and enjoyed.

"Print feeds the mind, the imagination and the spirit, as food does the body."
