Constitution

TITLE

1. The Association shall be called Institute of Public Relations Malaysia

Student Association (IPRMSA).

HEADQUARTERS

2. The headquarters of the committee of IPRMSA shall be at No M2-B-3,

Jalan Pandan Indah 4/6, Jalan Pandan Indah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

LOGO

3. The Association shall have a logo, to be selected by the Counci

which shall prescribe the manner in which and who may use the logo.

OBJECTIVES

4. The objectives of the Association are to gather students who are

Interested in the field of Public Relations, to act as a platform for

them to exchange ideas and participate actively in PR programs.

Specific objectives include:

4.1 To cultivate mutual understanding and forge a closer

relationship among Institute of Public Relations Malaysia,

professional public relations practitioners and student

members.

4.2 To organise activities related to public relations among the

students, to develop their skills and knowledge in the field.

4.3 To encourage networking among student of all public

relations programs of institutes of higher learning in Malaysia.

MEMBERSHIP

5. The membership of the Association shall be open to:

5.1 Students of public relations or mass communication or student from other communication related disciplines.

5.2 Students who are affiliated with institutions of higher learning (whether public or private).

5.3 Race, creed, age, national origin or physical handicap shall not limit eligibility for membership.
