Ta-Da List

Many people keep a list
that starts out with "to do."
It says "Go mow the lawn now,"
or, "Clean up all that goo."

My list starts out with "Ta-Da,"
it's really much more fun,
showing my achievements and
those great things that I've done.

For example:

I rode a bike, I swam a sea,
climbed mountains single-handedly.
Ta-Da, Ta-Da, Ta-Da.

I made a kite, I flew a plane,
I even won the football game.
Rah rah!  Rah rah!  Rah rah!

I explored space when I was ten,
I found a planet, named it Ken.
Hurrah, hurrah, hurrah.

I built a bridge with just a wrench
I even learned to speak in French
Vois lą, vois lą, vois lą.

I ran as fast as a giraffe,
then told a joke and made her laugh.
Ha ha, ha ha, ha ha.

I grew a garden and a tree.
I solved a famous mystery.
Aha!  Aha!  Aha!

Those are some of my Ta-Das,
and it's been fun for me.
Now I'm off to find some gold
from under 'neath the sea.

Before I go, here's a tip
about this useful tool:
go and make your own list 'bout
the stuff you've done that's cool.
