What Is and Isn't Not

I think I heard
you say you saw
me thinking about that.

You think I thought
I saw you say,
while thinking where I sat,

"It's not that
I don't think you can't
not see me here from there,

It's just, I think,
you're too much thinking,
the way you sit and stare."

I heard and saw
you speak your spoke,
then had another thought:

I like to sit
and see and think
of what is and isn't not.

Huh?
