UPDATE - HARDIN CO. STRIKE

BARNEY R. MUNDORF...need I say more!!!

Yes, the S.O.B. - Same Old Barney - who broke Cairo School District Number One by advising the Cairo Board of Education NOT to make up the 17 "strike days" is the man behind the scenes in Hardin County.

The last paragraph of the article - with which I totally concur - says it all:

And in the middle of the article:
  • "...the amount spent on legal fees by the board of education to date would cover what the education association has asked for in negotiations."
Reminds me of a recent CAT Tracks article...the article listing the $108,000 spent by CSD #1 during the past fiscal year on its attorneys. That's almost $2000 per teacher!

Things that make you go "Hmmmmm..."
