Usually, no mention is made in the minutes that a committee reported.
The minutes can mention that a member delivered a report, but in general, minutes reflect what was done and not what was said.
If the committee's report is important, the assembly can vote to enter it in the minutes, in which case it's written into the minutes in its entirety.
