Heba suggests that developing a multimedia project constructively requires a team-oriented mind set. In other words, a multimedia development team is made up of professionals from various fields, such as graphic artists, technical communicators, audio specialists, coders and interface designers, and video specialists. Each of the team members must learn what other members of the team members are doing and how they do it (Heba 4). Since professional technical communicators are already well versed in teamwork, the concept of interacting on a multimedia development team can be quite inviting.
