s the Building
Commission attempts to concentrate on completion of the building's exterior
to avoid damage from the weather, disputes continue with Councils over
inadequate funds and pressure to prepare more interior spaces for occupancy.

$750,000 of $1,467,950 requested. Offices are prepared for the City Treasurer, City Controller, City Commissioners, and Park Commissioners. First electric lights turned on in building. East and west center pavilions are completed to 4th floor. |
