Flexibility in Thinking
“To raise new questions, new problems, to regard old problems from a new angle requires creative imagination and makes real advances.
-Albert Einstein
Flexibility in thinking means to think about a problem in more than one way. Often we don’t consider alternative ways of approaching a problem. We are not creative in our ability to think of different ways that a problem may be solved or approached. If you allow for the possibility of approaching and solving a problem in different ways you might use words such as “however,” or “on the other hand,” in deciding what possibilities are available in a problem situation. Don’t be impulsive and stay only with your first idea. Be persistent and think of other possibilities.

How did he do it?
