EMPIRE BUILDING AND EXPANSION Expanding the Outer Realms SUMMARY: These campaigns deal with the expansion of minor powers and houses through the establishment of control of territory and resources. This is the most complicated campaign of all on this page. I'm still working on the design of this campaign but these are the elements I'm going to include: resources (minerals, etc), ship production, base construction, convoys, and raids all working off one map. I'll probably tie some of the elements of this into the other campaigns somehow for people that do not want to deal with that aspect of the game. This is what I was envisioning when I started this page.
