Mystery: Location unknown of real Mondo if the Mondo last seen was a clone, separate creation, etc. Or if that was indeed the real Mondo.
Known Facts:Was controlled by Cassidy, Thomas in some form or another and thus turned on the team
Began talking to Black Tom soon after joining the team
Subject did not show much interest in any of the goings on - Possibly studying the young mutants
The Mondo seen last was killed by Bastion, leader of Operation: Zero Tolerance
Thoughts and Possible Suspicions: Subject didn't seem part of the team, especially when he was on it. However, before joining Generation X he appeared to be much more friendly and genuine, even during some hard confrontations. It is possible that the real Mondo did join the team, but was replaced by another. It is also possible that he joined the team and either began with the intention of turning on them or was persuaded by Black Tom later on. There are many possibilities and not much can be said that is definite, but most likely there is a real Mondo somewhere out there, possibly still living on his small island which he stayed on for his entire life up until his kidnapping by Cordelia Frost, which also encorporates another possibility that leads up to when he was replaced. In this case, it is thought that it may have happened sometime during the initial kidnapping, when Mondo was under water.
Of course, it is still unknown, which is why this file remains very open.
