In the words of Banshee : "He's exactly what the team needed. Mondo is unshakable in his resolve not to worry and simply be happy. I almost expect him in battle to pick the villain up, dust him off, and give him a fair chance to catch his breath."

Most recently, Mondo has been revealed to be a traitor among GenX. This may or may not be completely to his liking, of course. It may not even be in his control. I certainly hope not, simply because not much of him has been shown and suddenly he's trying to kill Generation X. What the latest theory is, based on evidence shown in Generation X #25, Black Tom Cassidy created this Mondo, but where the real Mondo is, nobody knows yet. He may be a tad bit overconfident, but that might be okay, seeings how his power is so emmense. I just really hope that they keep this character around as a good guy, at least give him more of a chance to show what he's got.
