Jars of Clay

Jars of Clay is a really cool Christian band. They have two albums, Jars of Clay and Much Afraid. Both are good. Some of my favorite songs are "like a child" and love song for a savior", both on Jars of Clay, their first one.

Reality Check

Reality Check is another good Christian band I just discovered. Their album is self-titled. I really like Carousel and The Way I Am.

Yet another Christian group! But, these guys have more albums out. In the beginning, they did rap. Those two albums are Nu Thang and Free At Last. They aren't bad, but I'm not a real fan of rap. They also have Jesus Freak out. It is really good. All the songs on it rock. Their newest one is Supernatural, which I hear is really good, but I haven't heard it yet. I'll let you know what I think when I do.

The Newsboys are a really cool band. They have five albums, including Take Me to Your Leader, Going Public, Read All About It and Not Afraid. They all have good music. I'd recommend all of them. They just came out with a new one, a while ago. It's called Stepping Up to the Microphone. It's good too.

The Indigo Girls

I love the Indigo Girls music! There really aren't any songs that I don't like. Two of them, Get Out the Map and Shaming of the Sun (both from Shaming of the Sun), became my camp group's theme songs. Our counselors played them all the time we were in the van and we couldn't steal the tape. I like Power of Two from 1200 Curfews. One of my friends likes Least Complicated. I do too.

One more Christian Group. I just got their CD today, Amplifier (it's number one!), and I love it! BTR rocks! It has fourteen great songs on it, including What Would Jesus Do? and Star In the Book of Life. They are awesome!
