Man Without Nickname to Leave Chicago Dave Maska, man without a nickname, has made the decision to be the first of us to leave the Midwest. Dave is expected to make his move sometime this summer. Before he leaves he has promised us one last big bash at his soon to be former place of residence. As Dave prepares to make his big move we would like to do something that should have been done a long time ago - give him a nickname.
