The call of adventure has gone out;
glory to those brave, or foolhardy, enough to answer it.

Before answering the call of adventure, please be sure that you are familiar with the world in which your character will be thrust (and the house rules of The Prophetess). The World Almanac of Jorda is an excellent place to learn about the people, places, and history of the world. Only the greatest of heroes can survive the rigors that await...

Heroes willing to accept the challenge must meet the following criteria (to be submitted to Veleda). The Prophetess reserves the right to choose her heroes as she sees fit, based in part on class, ease of character integration, and character background. More complete and detailed characters obviously have a better chance of being selected by The Prophetess.

House Rules

  1. The Prophetess reserves the right to refuse a character for any reason.

  2. The Prophetess has final say in all rule judgements; feel free to bring up points, but keep in mind that The Prophetess created the world and hence knows it far better than you.

  3. Priests do not need to memorize spells; on-demand prayers are acceptable provided the maximum nubmer of spells per day is not exceeded.

  4. Magic Users will be given 2-5 spells in addition to the standard spells taught in Magic 101 (Detect Magic, Read/Write Magic & Cantrip)

  5. Turns will be posted every week unless otherwise notified.

  6. Characters without responses will be relegated to NPC status until the player responds or another player is found.

  7. Responses should be sent to The Prophetess only; conversations with other players will take place via The Prophetess between turns if necessary.

  8. This list of rules subject to change without notice.
