Pippin Took in the uniform of The Tower of Guard

I have in many years tries to recreate the uniform Denethor gave Pippin in Gondor. You can discuss if there is one or two different Gondorian uniforms. I have done that in another article (still only in danish). That has a great effect on the reconstruction, recourse the uniform has different ingredients the two places it is described. In my recreation I assume that there is two different uniforms, therefore I have made my Uniform after following quote:

While the costume Pippin get is: ”The livery and gear of the tower” and he was ”arrayed in strange garments, all of black and silver. He had a small hauberk, its rings forged of  steel, maybe, yet black as jet; and a high-crowned helm with small ravenwings on either side, set with a silver star in the center of the circlet. Above the mail was a short surcoat of black, broidered on the breast in silver with the token of the tree” (LotR p. 838)

The white tree i use are the one Ingahild Grathmer (Pseudonym of the Danish Queen, Margrethe II, when she illustrated LotR). Tolkien himself liked her drawings very much.
