You choose the white door and walk through. You see two ferilons standing in front of an easel. There are paint tubes littering the floor around the easel. The two ferilons are painting some sort of picture. You study the two. One is red, white, and blue striped. The other is white with green fay wings. They both seem to be engrossed in their work. You walk up quietly behind them and look at the picture they are painting. It is a view of the night sky. You recognize none of the constellations but you can see many galaxies and nebulae. You clear your throat and the two ferilons turn, startled. The white one sees you first and smiles.
"Welcome to our home, traveler. My name is Linden and this is Justice," he tells you. "What are you doing here?" You say that you are visiting all of Remanth's friends. Justice nods and asks, "Who have you visited so far?" You tell the two who you've seen and what you thought of them. They listen politely and smile once in a while. When you are finished, Linden puts down his paintbrush and colors. He walks over to the table in the center of the room. Justice brings a bottle of milk over and sets it on the table. Then, she sets three cups down next to the milk. Linden pours and hands out the glasses. Justice seats herself and Linden says, "Tell us a bit about yourslf and why you're here." You start talking and soon lose track of the time. Justice and Linden match you story for story. Finally, all the milk is gone. Linden stands up and beckons you over to the easel. Justice follows and picks up her brush. She hands it to you with a smile. She points to the painting sitting on the easel.
"It's missing something," Linden explains. "We can't think of what to add. Maybe you can help." You look down at the brush in your hand and then back at Linden. He and Justice both smile encouragingly. You look at the paints and pick a bluish-white. You dab the paintbrush in the paint and begin adding one of your favorite constellations to the picture. Justice and Linden watch while you work.
"Done," you announce, setting the brush down. The two ferilons look at the painting. They smile at you and Justice asks, "I've never seen that constellation before. What is it?" You smile back and say, "That's Draco, the dragon. It's my favorite constellation." They nod. You turn and say, "I've completely lost track of the time, but I think it's time for me to be moving on. It was nice to meet you and thank you for letting me paint."
"It was our pleasure," Linden replies. "Come back whenever you like." Waving good-bye, you turn and walk out the door.
