Keep breathing! Find your favorite spot .. Clean, fresh air. Stand relaxed, your feet comfortably apart, balanced. Let your hands hang loose beside you. Feel your shoulder drop. Let stress drip from the tips of your fingers. No tightness in the shoulder, let your hands hang free.
Breathe!
Keep breathing Let clean, fresh air flow into you deeply, rhythmiclly. Let it flow out of you freely and easily. Let the hands and shoulders hang.
Keep breathing Feel the enrichment. No tightness, let the shoulders hang freely, keep breathing deeply. Continue as long as you're enjoying this, as long as your time allows. Drink a glass of pure water. Repeat breathing exercise as often as you wish. Just don't stop breathing.

Keep breathing! Sit in your favorite spot with clean, fresh air. Okay, if you can't quite get into the lotus position, don't worry; we'll do it the Chris Can way for now. Tug your feet in toward your crotch. The soles of both feet should be facing each other. Grab your feet with both hands. Now your elbows will be between your legs. Let your knees relax. That's good.

Keep breathing! It's bed time. Good going into bed. Good before getting out of bed. You're flat on your back. Gently rest your hands on your stomach. Gently now. Forget about how soft or hard it feels. Pull your feet towards your butt so that your knees are in the air. Let your knees fall as far as is natural sideways. Your body should be feeling very comfortable.
