Back to Waalford

The Story

After the battle of the green hill, the imperial and the undead army found themselves marching in the same general direction as both were heading back to where they had come from. Khaibar Gunther von Schrötter decided to attack the undead again before they could reach the relative safety of the part of the city of Waalford occupied by the chaos hordes from the north.

The Armies (1500 points)

Gunther's army had pikemen and a unit of Guard cavalry, as well as a wizard of the Order on a chariot, a dragon rider and Selageth. The undead army under the Necromancer Babeka'mel-Isadeh. It consisted of a large undead horde (two units of normal skeletons, skeletons with scythes, mounted skeletons and undead mounted knights, plus a hero and a mounted general) with support from an Icewitch Snow Cannon, Amharik and two beastmen heros. [Technically, it was a standard Isthak army, but most of the minis were special conversions giving the army a unique look.]

The Battle

The dragon rider is moving towards the undead infantry as they slowly, very slowly cross the river.

No reports of this battle are available at this time in the imperial headquarters.

[... I didn't play in this game and don't have a report yet... it was a close victory for Gunni].
