X-Men: Prime (7/95) - Sarah appears in the tunnels once again via the Ceremony of Light, but it is stated that she has aged twenty years.* Her new incarnation is hideous, as her face looks skeleton-like with random patches of hair on her head. Bones sprout randomly from her body and she is now called Marrow. She kills a vagrant named Jim Davis and then lights a candle to summon the "First One". The Dark Beast eventually appears, and it is revealed that he is the "First One" who created the Morlocks over twenty years ago. Marrow says that she and a small band of other second-generation Morlocks are tired of hiding and are ready to rise above the sewers and rule.
*There seems to be confusion as to how long Sarah actually spent in another dimension. Although the writing in this issue would indicate that she is now in her early twenties, current storylines depict her as a girl in her mid to late teens.
