Capacity: 100
Common Patrons: Filthy rich denizens of the city such as Lady Wellspring (Elf).
Description: A beautiful white tavern with a quaint wooden sign above its double doors. The name "The Well-Manicured Rascal" is painted in golden letters on the sign. There is a hitching post in front of the inn. The inn itself is a two story building in the bet part of the city. The inside is ONLY the most...well its...ok, honestly no one but the exclusively rich and wealthy citizens ever go in there, everyone else is turned away at the door. Seeing as how the stinkin' rich don't ever talk to us "common" folk, we have no stinking idea what its like in there. Not even Jacko Roundcheeks the bartender will tell us. Or you. He's got a good thing going there and he won't spoil it for himself. So, good luck getting in there friend. I hear the dress code requires a minimum weight of diamond jewelry. My buddy tried to get hired on as a waiter there once but Jacko said he just wasn't snooty enough. So, go somewhere else. Forget this place. It's outta your...outta OUR league.
Encounter: Players try to gain entrance to the tavern and are laughed at.

Name: Grog Guzzler
Location: Culhaven, Paragon
Food Quality: Good
Services/Comfort: Excellent
Safety Level: Good
Specialty: Troll Blood Grog
Owner: Harlo Flagondrainer, a Hill Dwarf who prides himself on his potent Troll Blood ale. He has a balding head of grey hair and a grey beard that reaches nearly to his knees. for sanitation's sake, he keeps it tucked in his belt most of the time. He is normally very cheerful and helpful and loves to swap a good story, often taking a particularly good tale in exchange for a round of drinks. He has no tolerance for fighting, as he prides himself on his "classy" establishment. The sawdust is changed nearly every other day, after all...
Bartender: Harlo Flagondrainer
Bouncers: Perbeck Helmcrusher, Kirbe Leathergauntlet
Capacity: 150
Common Patrons: Telgrif Forgebellows
Description: The Grog Guzzler is the most popular tavern in town, although not really with the town's citizens who consider it somewhat of a dive. The most common patrons are wanderers, travelers, and adventurers who seek to test their mettle against Flagondrainer's potent Troll Blood Ale. Flagondrainer has a soft spot for adventurers, and loves to swap stories, the more farfetched the better. It is not uncommon to have a large crowd gathered around the Guzzler's fireplace late into the night, enthralled by a bard's or drunken amateur's tale.
