I. What are To Be and Not to Be's connections with
Season 2?
a) The names of two season 2 episodes mentioned in To Be and who says
them
b) Name the season 2 director mentioned, who mentioned him, and how
c) 2 quotes that are said during To Be that are also said in Season
2 flashbacks- who says them in both shows, & what season 2 eps are
they.
II. There have been at least 6 episode in which three immortals lost their heads. Sometimes, we didn't see all the beheadings, sometimes we didn't see all the Quickenings. But, three heads rolled. Name the eps, and who did what to who for how many rubles. (by the way, the victims must all be Immortal, so "Little Tin God" doesn't count).
III. We've seen many Q's over the years and four of them were first Q's. Can you name the eps and the immies involved?
IV. As we know, guest Immies sometimes share swords
(in different episodes, of course). Match the Immies in column A who used
the same sword as the Immies in column B.
A.
B
Michael Christian Alexei Voshin
Arthur Drake
Martin Hyde
Dallman Ross
Grayson
Luther
Nicholas Ward
One these swords was used many more times than the others. Which one
was it?
V. In three episodes, Duncan is shown in flashback as a newspaper editor. Name those three episodes and what area of the world the flashbacks occurred.
VI. Name any episodes that don't contain an original flashback.
VII. Name the mortals who have witnessed the revival of an Immortal.
VIII. There were at least 3 different funeral pyres shown in the series (although we're shown one of them in several eps). Name the episodes & the demised.
IX. The barge is usually moored but we know it can move. Can you name the eps in which we actually see the barge move?
X. We've seen many sword fights between immies in 119 episodes and they usually end in a light show. But not always. Can you name the eps in which the victor let the defeated go? That doesn't include fights that were interrupted, just the ones where there was a clear winner who chose not to take the loser's head.
XI. Name two aliases Richie has used on passports.
XII. Last week's question asked about license plate numbers - Duncan's T-Bird, Tessa's Mercedes, the Citroen in Paris and at least one of Richie's motorcycles.
XIII. A) When was the only time Richie wore a long
trench coat?
B) Describe three
distinctive jackets Richie wore in the first season (wore them for at least
two episodes.).
XIV. It seems every day there is a newbie on the Forum asking "what was that haunting song used in the clips of Duncan riding across the Scottish moors?" or "what was the song used in the final montage?" Bonny Portmore has become the theme song of Duncan's Scottish heritage. Name as many eps as you can in which it was used. (Hint: if you really want to get ALL of them, you could always go to Roger Bellon's site and look at ALL of the cue sheets - well, all of the ones after Homeland, because I don't think it was used before then.)
XV. This one revolves around the episode "Turnabout"
1)Charlie and his Dojo made their debut in this episode. Where else
is there a "Charlie" and a Martial Arts place featurned?
2)Michael/barnes writes on the mirror in lipstick. What other episode
features lipstick writing?
3)What later episode uses the kata scene from the end of the episode?
Adrian Paul Bonus Question: Michae's past love interest is jenette.
In what television series is the actor who plays Michael star also involved
with a Jenette? And who on this same series stars with Adrian Paul on another
television series?
XVI. Duncan once told Tessa that she was the only lover to whom he'd ever confided his immortality, and that was precisely correct, up to that time. So, name the other mortals, lovers or otherwise, he has entrusted with his secret:
XVII. When he isn't participating in The Game,
helping friends, or otherwise saving the world as we know it, DM relaxes
with a variety of hobbies/interests. Four of these seem to be his
favorites, judging by the frequency with which we see him engaged in them,
or hear them referred to in some way. Name these four favorite avocations
and cite two (I'm being merciful here!) instances that demonstrate DM's
interest. (Please note: working out/martial arts doesn't count.
However much he enjoys physical training, he doesn't engage in it purely
for the love of it.)
XVIII. Princes of the Universe is used
in the Opening and Ending Credits of the show....during what scene and
what episode was it also used? Also name any other Queen song that was
used in the series...if possible which episode.
XIX. Name the episodes where Duncan ended up in
the water(either during a swordfight or after) and name who he was fighting
at the time.
Bonus question: Name the other immortal that ended up in water
and who was being fought.
XX. There is supposed to be a Gathering going on, but rarely, really, do we see what most people would call a gathering, small g, of immies. In fact, almost never do we see more than four together (pre-immies don't count here). Name any and all eps in which we see more than four immies together in the same scene, and who the immies are (if names are given).
I. What are To Be and Not to Be's connections with
Season 2?
a) The names of 2 season 2 episodes mentioned in To Be and who says
them
b) Name the season 2 director mentioned, who mentioned him, and how
c) 2 quotes that are said during To Be that are also said in Season
2 flashbacks- who says them in both shows, & what season 2 eps are
they.
a) An Eye for an Eye- Duncan says it in the bar with Methos and Joe.
The Watchers- almost everyone says it (Fitz, Duncan,
Methos, Joe, etc).
b) Dennis Berry--Tessa makes a phone call and her end of the conversation is "I'd like to talk to Mr. Berry, Please. Yes, yes, Ok. Hi! Hi, Dennis, how are you? Great. What about the catalog? And the printing? Yeah... Oh, no I'm going to be in Rome next week for an exhibition..."
c) Ok, maybe they were a bit obscure--sorry for that--I was surprised
as to how many of you got them, still! But here we go--
"You're either with us or against us" in To Be,
the flashback, O'Rourke says it before the pub is blown to bits.
It is said in the flashback in The Zone "You're either with us or against
us and I don't think you want to be against *us*"(pounds table). That's
basically the only part of that episode I liked.
"You did what you could" Duncan to Joe in To Be
about the watcher who was shot and Joe's involvement. It is said by Duncan
in the Studies in Light flashback as he discusses Billy's death with depressed
doctor Gregor.
One I hadn't remembered was: In "Prodigal Son",
Hyde tells MacLeod he's "nothing", and in "To Be", Horton says the same
thing to Joe.
And I think someone said something else which worked...
but I can't get to my e-mail- I'm so sorry!!! [Possibly DM's lecture to
O'Rourke & Tara in Not To Be's pub FB on how violence against the English
won't solve Ireland's problems--very like his speech to Annie Devlin when
he refuses to join the IRA in the FB to Eye for an Eye.]
1. "The Lamb" -> Sean (anonymus), Frank Brody (Kenny), Dallman Ross
(Kenny)
2. "Something Wicked" -> Kol T'ek (DM), Horvan Kant (Kol T'ek), Bryce
Korland(Kol T'ek)
3. "The Immortal Cimmoli" -> Danny Cimmoli (Vegas Immortal, or visa-versa),
Damon Case (DM), Jean-Phillipe de LaFaye (Damon Case)
4. "The End of Innocence" -> Graham Ashe (Haresh Clay), Carter Wellan
(RR), Haresh Clay (DM)
5. "Revelations 6:8" -> Kronos (DM), Caspian (DM), Silas (Methos)
6. "Not to Be" K'Richie (K'Methos), K'Methos (DM), Liam O'Rourke (DM)
7. "Unholy Alliance, part I" -> Two Immortals (Xavier and Horton),
one immie in fb (DM, implied)
8. "The Innocent" -> Mikey (train, Q to RR), Alan (Tyler King), Tyler
King (DM)
Iffies...."Legacy", since we never see any type of fight between Luther
and Valjean, although his death is implied.
III. We've seen many Q's over the years and four of them were first Q's. Can you name the eps and the immies involved?
1. Under Color of Authority, Richie, Mako
2. Methuselah's Gift, Amanda, Norman soldier (implied - we only saw
the challenge and Amanda go off to fight)
3. The Modern Prometheus, Lord Byron, Hans Kershner
4. Archangel, DM, The Hermit
IV. As we know, guest Immies sometimes share swords
(in different episodes, of course). Match the Immies in column A who used
the same sword as the Immies in column B.
Michael Christian =Martin Hyde
Dallman Ross=Nicholas Ward
Luther=Alexei Voshin
Arthur Drake=Grayson
One these swords was used many more times than the others. Which one
was it?
The sword Michael Christian and Martin Hyde used was the most used
sword by guest Immies ( I lost count - about 8 times plus it's in the sword
case in the Gathering when Richie is robbing the store!)
V. In three episodes, Duncan is shown in flashback as a newspaper editor. Name those three episodes and what area of the world the flashbacks occurred.
1. Obsession - early 1882 in Davidson, Northwest Territory USA
2. Under Color of Authority - late 1882 in Davidson, NW Territory USA
3. Studies in Light - 1883 in Northwest Territory USA
4. Some of you mentioned the Spanish Civil War and Duncan WAS a newspaper
man, but I think he was just a reporter, not an editor.
5.The Haunted was also mentioned. In the 'Haunted' FB he was in San
Francisco, from 1886 through 1888. I couldn't find a mention of his occupation,
but it's possible he was still a newspaper editor transferred to San Francisco
because in 'Studies in Light' he met Gregor, a doctor from SF who came
to the Northwest Terrotory to help with the cholera outbreak. When Gregor
"died" and had to leave, DM helped him go. Maybe he later went to visit
him in SF and just stayed.
VI. Name any episodes that don't contain an original flashback.
Most of the eps w/ no original FB were in season 1--Bad day in Building
A, Deadly Medicine, Eyewitness, Avenging Angel.
Season 2's The Watchers had lots of clips from past shows, including
recycled FBs, but nothing original.
Then, season 4's Judgment Day did the same thing--w/ no original FBs
that I spotted.
In season 6, Avatar & Armageddon had those segments of DM mentally
fighting the demon's various incarnations, & Avatar had the quick images
of Tessa & Richie that Ahriman conjured up--I wouldn't call those FBs.
Similarly, Not To Be had the 2nd part of DM's dream or vision or whatever
it was--it didn't feel like a HL FB to me.
VII. Name the mortals who have witnessed the revival of an Immortal.
1. RR/Connor/The Gathering (that thing about no one knowing he
was pre-Immie just then...)
2. Scottish crone/DM/Family Tree FB
3. French villagers/Ursa/The Beast Below FB
4. Tessa/DM (demo)/CounterfeitII FB
5. Young Bernard/DM/Mortal Sins FB
6. Sarah Carter/DM/Obsession FB
7. Crowd at witch trial/DM/Shadows FB
8. Nino the Nutcase/Kalas/Finale I
9. JD/DM/Finale I
10. JD/EDM/Something Wicked
11. Rev.Bell/Enrique/Little Tin God
12. Coroner/Hyde/Prodigal Son
13. Whoever watched the jewelry store security tape/X. St.Cloud/For
Tomorrow We Die
14. Mama& witnesses the first time, untold numbers of spectators
on subsequent occasions/Danny Cimoli/The Immortal Cheez-Its for Brains,
I mean Cimoli
15. JD/RR/Counterfeit II
16. Thug/Ingrid/Valkyrie (intro)
17. Stone, Geiger/Methos/Methuseleh's Gift
18. Chinese man/Kit Brady/Double Eagle
19. Koto/DM/The Samurai (although he didn't know DM had been dead)
FB
20. Mary Shelley/Byron/ The Modern Prometheus FB
21. Young Max Leiner/Alex Raven/The Sins of the Father FB
22. Molly Ivers/Willie (a zillion times)/Diplomatic Immunity FB and
current
23. Nick/Kate/Two of Hearts
24. Walkers thugs/Methos/Indiscretions
25. Dice/DM (on the monitors)/The Black Tower
26. Juliet/DM &Fitz/Unusual Suspects
27. Horton&cohorts/Fitz/The Hunters
28. Ditto/Irina and Jacob Galati/One Minute to Midnight
29. Shapiro, JD, other Watchers/Jacob Galati/One Minute to Midnight
30. ER staff/Kirin/Blind Faith (they couldn't have missed it)
31. Paolo/Ceirdwyn/Take Back the Night (he says he saw her come back
to life)
32. Charlie Desalvo/DM/Unholy Alliance I (sees DM dead, then alive,
though not the actual moment of revival)
33. JD/Kord/Brothers in Arms (Joe actually saw the sergeant revive
twice, once in FB, once contemporarily)
34.Doctor/Annie Devlin/Eye for an Eye (He must have seen a fraction
of something just before she slugged him!)
VIII. There were at least 3 different funeral pyres shown in the series (although we're shown one of them in several eps). Name the episodes & the demised.
The 3 funeral pyres I intended were Little Deer's (seen in The Gathering,
Line of Fire & Something Wicked), Vashti's (seen in Wrath of Kali)
& that of Kanis' Rottweiler Hampton (seen in Leader of the Pack).
But a couple of you reminded me that Wrath of Kali also showed the funeral
pyre of Vashti's husband, so that makes a total of 4 on the show.
IX. The barge is usually moored but we know it can move. Can you name the eps in which we actually see the barge move?
1. Richie moved it in The Hunters while the hunter-dude was knocked
out.
2. At the end of Counterfeit, Part 2 the new owner sails it away.
There is a third possibility: In Prodigal Son, DM and RR are standing
in the dark on the dock beside the barge and there is something large moving
from left to right behind them. I can't tell if it's _the_ barge
or some other one. One bit of evidence that makes me think it's DM's
barge is that the next day on the barge, the background is quite different
from usual.
X. We've seen many sword fights between immies in 119 episodes and they usually end in a light show. But not always. Can you name the eps in which the victor let the defeated go? That doesn't include fights that were interrupted (I'll save that for another time), just the ones where there was a clear winner who chose not to take the loser's head.
1. Road Not Taken, DM spared Kiem Sun
2. Free Fall, DM spared Felicia Martin at Richie's request
3. The Lady and the Tiger, Zachary Blaine spared Amanda
4. Eye of the Beholder, DM spared Gabriel Piton in the fb
5. Nowhere to Run, DM spared Bellian, but I don't think he had any
intention of taking his head
6. Studies in Light, DM spared Greg Powers
7. Eye for an Eye, Richie spared Annie Devlin
8. Under Color of Authority, DM let Mako go in the dojo
9. Prodigal Son, Hyde spared DM in the fb
10. Courage, DM let Brian Cullen go after the fight in Joe's
11. The Lamb, DM spared Dallman Ross
12. Obsession, DM spared David Keogh
13. Methos, DM refused to take Methos' head (Good thing, too!!)
14. Brothers in Arms, DM let Kord go in the dojo, then later finished
the job
15. Chivalry, DM couldn't take Kristin's head - twice!
16. Timeless, DM let Walter Graham live in return for his promise to
leave Claudia alone
17. Something Wicked, DM spared Coltec in the ally before he was forced
to finish to kill him
18. Promises, DM refused to kill Kasim
19. Methuselah's Gift, Methos chose conversation over a Q in the fight
with Amanda
20. The Immortal Cimoli, DM let Danny Cimoli go after the handcuff
trick
21. Through a Glass Darkly, DM refused to take Warren Cochrane's head
22. Manhunt, Matthew MacCormick spared Carl Robinson at DM's urging
23. Little Tin God, DM spared Derek Worth in the park (though it wasn't
much of a fight)
24. Duende, Consone spared DM in return for Teresa's promise to marry
him
25. Forgive us our Trespasses, Keane let Amanda go so she could lead
him to DM (though the 'fight' was basically one swing each)
26. Forgive us our Trespasses, Methos spared Keane at DM insistance
27. Forgive us our Trespasses, DM spared Keane on the roof (Boy, Keane
sure had a bad week, eh?)
28. Diplomatic Immunity, DM spared Willie Kingsley
29. Justice, DM spared Katya
30. Not To Be, DM spared Liam O'Rourke to save Joe & Amanda
XI. Name two aliases Richie has used on passports.
1. Richard Redstone, from "The Ranson of Richard Redstone." Just about
everybody got the name from Testimony, when Duncan hands it to Richie,
freshly made.
2. In Testimony, the passport says "Bill Powel"
XII. Last week's question asked about license plate numbers - Duncan's T-Bird, Tessa's Mercedes, the Citroen in Paris and at least one of Richie's motorcycles.
1. T-Bird: 827 KEG
2. Mercedes: RCU 797 (first season), 710 BAK (The Watchers).
I guess they had to use another car for that episode.
3. Citroen: 915KAG75
4. Richie's motorcycles: 6524B7 (See No Evil), 750 AGV
91 (Prodigal Son/Counterfeit), 9471A6 (End of Innocence),
8360T5 (Haunted)
Plus:
5. Joe's car in Seacover: 385 MTW
6. Lime jello Range Rover in Paris: 2521MD9L
XIII. A) When was the only time Richie wore a long
trench coat?
B) Describe three
distinctive jackets Richie wore in the first season (wore them for at least
two episodes.).
A) In Eye of the Beholder, Duncan, Tessa and Richie are outside after
the fashion show, Piton and Maya come out, the detective comes up to her
and tells her about Cynthia. We see Richie in a long coat.
B) 1 - The ugly green and blue one (The Gathering and Family Tree -
probably a few more eps, too).
2 - The black with fringe on sleeve and chest
(Revenge is Sweet, Sea Witch)
3 - The jacket that has *Big Star* on the
back and BS on the front left pocket side (No Where to Run, The Hunters).
1. "Homeland" multiple times
2. "Deliverance" when Methos gives Duncan his father's sword
3. "Dramatic License" when Carolyn Marsh is telling the story of Debra
and Duncan, and also during the conversation between Duncan and Amanda
at the end, when he sweeps her off her feet.
4. "Armageddon" when Joe gives Duncan back his katana (interesting
since it isn't Scottish at all, but is so intricately tied to *who Duncan
is* that the strains of BP fit in perfectly)
5. "Not To Be" - final series montage
6. "The Stone of Scone" - twice, when the stone is first revealed,
and also at the end when Duncan, Amanda and Fitz are playing golf and Amanda
realizes what Duncan has done with the Stone.
XV. This one revolves around the episode "Turnabout"
1)Charlie and his Dojo made their debut in this episode. Where else
is there a "Charlie" and a Martial Arts place featurned?
In Highlander 3, Connor works out in a Martial Arts place with a man
he calls Charlie
2)Michael/barnes writes on the mirror in lipstick. What other episode
features lipstick writing?
"To Be" when O'Rourke kidnaps Amanda and leaves the coaster note from
Joe's bar
3)What later episode uses the kata scene from the end of the episode?
"Obession" with a voice over
BQ:Adrian Paul Bonus Question: Michael's past love interest is Jenette.
In what television series is the actor who plays Michael star also
involved with a Jenette?
"Forever Knight" Geraint's character Nicholas, the Vampire, is involved
with the Vampiress Jenette, played by Deborah Duchene
BQ(cont):And who on this same series stars with Adrian Paul on *another*
television series?
I meant the answer to be Catherine, who played Natalie on "Forever
Knight" since she was on "War of the Worlds" with Adrian. However, another
connection which was made was Philip Akin(Charlie) who was on "War
of the Worlds" as well. And I totally forgot about Dr.Anne(which, I suppose,
some people are purposely making a habbit of...) since Lisa Howard was
on "Forever Knight" as well Still, it was all due to my phrasing of the
question... no worries :-)
XVI. Duncan once told Tessa that she was the only
lover to whom he'd ever confided his immortality, and that was precisely
correct, up to that time. So, name the other mortals, lovers or otherwise,
he has entrusted with his secret:
1. Hideo Koto in The Samurai FB (the one mortal DM did confide in before
Tessa, but not a lover, so what he told her was accurate.)
After Tessa, he told:
2. Richie (logical assumption)-- but Richie doesn't actually fit the
parameters of the question, since DM knew he was confiding the secret to
a pre-Immie, not a 'pure' mortal.
3. Rev.Bell (Little Tin God)
4.Charlie Desalvo (Brothers in Arms)
5. Linda Plager (Studies in Light) (he didn't tell her everything,
but enough to count)
6. Anne Lindsay (Testimony)
7. Young Bernard (Mortal Sins)
8. Georges Dalou (Mortal Sins)
9. Father Andre (Counterfeit) (OK, DM was being sarcastic, but he told
him nonetheless)
10. Sarah Carter (Obsession FB) (not everything-- she got hysterical--
but enough to count. Maybe?)
XVII. When he isn't participating in The Game, helping friends, or otherwise saving the world as we know it, DM relaxes with a variety of hobbies/interests. Four of these seem to be his favorites, judging by the frequency with which we see him engaged in them, or hear them referred to in some way. Name these four favorite avocations and cite two (I'm being merciful here!) instances that demonstrate DM's interest. (Please note: working out/martial arts doesn't count. However much he enjoys physical training, he doesn't engage in it purely for the love of it.)
1. Number one on my list was yours, too, hands down. Chess. Whether by himself (Forgive Us Our Trespasses? There must be at least a dozen better examples, if I could only think of them) or with friends (Renee Delaney;Unholy Alliance, Anne Lindsay; Blind Faith, Charlie; The Revolutionary), DM is never far from a chessboard when he's at home. (Or away, for that matter, when you think of Darius)
2. I placed reading in the number two slot. Most of you listed it, but not always that high, and some of you didn't list it at all. (Tsk. After the effort he made to learn how?) Anyway, he's seen reading in Justice, Song of the Executioner(FB),and Timeless, among others, and he talks about the pleasures of reading to Johnny K in Glory Days. He has also been known to quote a line or two, sure sign of a dedicated reader.
3. My number three was cooking. (Any man who can whip up fresh pesto at two in the morning...!) DM is often seen in his kitchen slicing, dicing, and stirring. At least once, we even see him fetching home supplies (from Molly's Gourmet Deli in Deadly Medicine)- but this was one of the slippery ones because, though he does it at home, it's usually for a friend, especially a lady friend. (Unholy Alliance, Justice)
4. Opera was my number four; some of you agreed, some not. He listens at home (Till Death; Methos grumbles about finding nothing but opera cd's in DM's music collection)-- but he also attends live performances and related affairs as we saw in The Warmonger, Methos (FB), and Archangel (possibly he should give these up, considering the fallout on each occasion.)
Other choices:
5. Working with his hands. In episodes too numerous to mention we see
him restoring the house he gave to Anne; in They Also Serve he is working
on a small chest when Joe comes in, and in Brothers in Arms he repairs
an antique clock (which Mikey breaks in The Innocent; don't you love those
little touches?) I'd considered this category, too, except
that the house restoration didn't fit my original concept of 'relaxing
at home.' But I think my definition may have been too rigid and I'm easy
to persuade; let's call this number five.
6. Drinking. Hard to disagree-- he does enough of it. But I didn't put it on my list because it's usually done as an adjunct to one of the other activities-- playing chess, reading, listening to music, dining. Even when he goes to Joe's, his single malt is more a social ritual than an end in itself. (Thank goodness. DM the Immortal Drunk would not be an edifying spectacle!) OK, so I'm splitting hairs here. I have no problem with making it number six. (Or 1a, 2a, 3a, etc....)
7. Traveling for pleasure. Dicey, I think. I'd have to stretch 'relaxing at home' way past the breaking point to let this one in! Besides, there's usually some educational purpose involved. Not that learning is not a pleasure, of course, and I did neglect to emphasize the 'at home' aspect.... Oh, all right! We see him traveling in Courage FB, Samurai FB (he must have been headed somewhere when he got shipwrecked), They Also Serve FB, BoB FB, Counterfeit (when he heads off to places unknown w/RR after selling the barge).
8. Games of skill and chance. He plays darts in Homeland, he plays poker in Double Eagle (FB) and Glory Days (FB). He plays bocce ball in Justice (in only one episode, yes, but with two different people-- George and Alex the Idiot.) He plays golf in Stone of Scone (again, in only one episode, but two games 230 years apart indicates some kind of continuing interest!). These would not have qualified if the question had been as narrow as originally intended, since they are not solitary pursuits, but they are certainly things he does for entertainment/relaxation, so I can't quibble.
9. Some of you held out strongly for aspects of his training regimen
that seem to do more for him than simply strengthen his body, like the
katas and running. Am I going to object to including this kind of
beautiful-to-watch activity on this list? Not bloody likely.
XVIII. Princes of the Universe is used in the Opening and Ending Credits of the show....during what scene and what episode was it also used? Also name any other Queen song that was used in the series...if possible which episode.
1. Okay..first Princes of the Universe.
It was used in the warehouse scene in 'The Gathering' when Richie comes
to spy on Connor and Duncan. But I totally forgot about the scene
in 'Eye for an Eye' where Duncan is teaching Richie Annie's favorite move.
It was also heard in Duncan's car in 'The Vampire'
2. 'Who Wants to Live Forever' was heard in various episodes....
During the flashback with Little Deer in 'The Gathering' and 'Line
of Fire' In 'The Hunters' when DM is mourning Darius In 'Leader of the
Pack' when DM is jogging in the park and thinking of Tessa And thanks to
Rissa it was also used at the end of 'Revenge is Sweet' and in 'Star-crossed'
during the Fitz montage.
3. and the last one was 'Don't Lose Your Head' used during the
fight scene between DM and Felicia Martins at the end of 'Free Fall'
XIX. Name the episodes where Duncan ended up in the
water(either during a swordfight or after) and name who he was fighting
at the time.
Bonus question: Name the other immortal that ended up in water
and who was being fought.
1. The Gathering--After Slan's Q jumped off the bridge to find Connor
2. Free Fall--during fight with Felicia Martins
3. Mountain Men--during fight with Caleb Cole
4. The Sea Witch--thrown in by Alexei Voshin
5. The Samurai--during fight with Kent
6. Rite of Passage--fell in with Axel
7. They Also Serve--with Michael Christian
8. Revelations 6:8--falling off bridge during Caspians Q
9. Deliverance--with EDM in holy spring
10. Shadows--fighting shadow of Garrick
11. For Tomorrow We Die--into the river after fighting Xavier
Bonus: other immortals
1. Methos--Methos and Kalas into the river
2. The Gathering--Connor after fighting Slan
3. Sins of the Father--Alex Raven and the K'immie who killed her lover/husband.
The answer, which I didn't know for sure when I wrote the question, is that there is only one ep in which there are, unquestionably, more than four immortals shown together at one time. The ep is Little Tin God, and the immies are Duncan, Larca, Derek, and Larca's other two "disciples", Enrique and Luke. However, there is another in which there are five immies in the same scene, though not all shown on screen at once, and this is Comes a Horseman, where Cassandra "wakes up" at the horsemen's camp. This one's kind of iffy, but it does seem to fit the way I worded the question. (The previous scene in CaH, where the horsemen attack Cassandra's people/village, doesn't count 'cos Cassandra was pre-immie at the time.)
Two "maybes" : after the double Q scene in Revelations, when Cassandra
is going to kill Methos-- there *are* four other immies in the scene,
two are just dead! And in Not to Be, when Kronos and Methos kill
Richie, Duncan and Fitz are "sort of" there, too.
