I really wanted to make an Outenkun page, and to do that, I'd have to have Outenkun images. I wanted especially to make one of my own, but I had no scanner at the time, and a severe computer crash had left me without Photoshop. So, I drew a picture in the only computer graphics program I had -- WinPaint, with the only tool I had -- a cheap mouse. I did the best I could with what I had. Then, on June 11, 2000, I got a version of Photoshop again. The first thing I did was to fix up the WinPaint image, and here is the result. The blur tool is my friend... So, here are both images. What a difference quality makes..?
