its low rambling lines-
Its Swiss Roof - superb picture

buy at Mastic Homes' low price.
An extra added attraction is its
spacious linen clost situated off the foyer.

its beauty.
"THE VILLA"

"This model with its giant
living room is for the family accustomed to extra large rooms.
The rooms are designed all off the foyer and are also arranged

the home buyer with larger rooms than in the average dwelling"

Approaching the Model Village circa
1953-54
As you can see from a distance that
much larger homes replaced those early primitive ones. The Model
Village disappeared not long after Walter died and by the late
'60's it became a supermarket anchored shopping center.
There will be more photos of more
homes and such in the pages to come ,,, but first a little more
about the man himself...Shirley may of been the original multi-tasker
for while he was becoming the acerage king on Long Island, he
was also wearing another BIG HAT in New York City ....
