It was then made into it's own series with Gene Barry as Los Angeles homocide chief Burke. Most of the episodes were titled Who Killed _______? and featured many guest stars. In the fall of 1965 producers changed Burke into a secret agent and retitled the show Amos Burke, Secret Agent. This show was not successful and ended after one season. THE EPISODE: Who Killed Mr. X?
