Extremely popular science fiction anthology series created and hosted by Rod Serling who also wrote many of the episodes. Originally a half-hour program it was dropped after three seasons but brought back by popular demand as an hour-long show. The eighteen longer episodes were not as popular and the show reverted to it's half-hour format for the last season.
