Half-hour anthology series dealing with the supernatural. Directed and hosted by John Newland who had been a director and actor on
Robert Montgomery Presents. The series was sponsored by Alcoa and alternately titled Alcoa Presents. In 1978 a syndicated successor to the series was produced and titled The Next Step Beyond.

Synopsis:
In 1869 New Mexico, the vain and selfish daughter of a Cavalry colonel manipulates the affections of two young lieutenants. When her deceptions result in the death of one of the young men, he pays her a visit from "one step beyond."
