"So where are we now?" I asked Nick as we sat in my bunk.
"Well we're on our way to-"
"No, I mean, this..... thing.... the kiss..."
"Oh. I don't know. I want to leave that up to you, but..."
"Nick if your asking me if I want to be your girlfriend, it's okay." I said looking up at him. "No need to be nervous. But we just have to go slow. I mean we don't know that much about each other, so, ya know."
"Yea, I get it. Don't worry. But remember when AJ told you that the reason why I was so nervous around you was cause I liked you.... it was true."
"Okay, I feel like an idiot now..."
"Why?"
"Don't get mad at me when I say this, but......... I thought it was because you were gay." I said getting out of the bunk.
"Oh, oh God no! I can't believe you thought that!" He said following me.
"Sorry..."
"Well do I seem gay now.." He asked and gave me another one of his sweet kisses. It lasted longer this time.
"Nu-uh." I mumbled quietly as we parted. "Am I in heaven?" I asked looking dreamily at Nick.
"Nope, just this stinky bus!" AJ said patting my shoulder and leaving the room.
"Okay, I now I really feel like an idiot." I said covering my eyes with my head down.
"You can't take AJ's place, no one can!" He said laughing.
"I heard that Nicky!" AJ yelled from the E/R.
"Good!" He shouted back. "Come on, lets go attack AJ." He said giving me a quick kiss and taking my hand. We walked to the back to be greeted by AJ and Howie.
"Hey there, Love Birds!" Howie said as we came into the room.
"AJ you have a big mouth!" I said to him.
"Thanks!" He said with a laugh.
"Okay, Howie, don't tell anyone. I wanna play a joke on Kev and Brian." I said letting go of Nick's hand cause I heard footsteps. "And don't you ever talk to me again!" I yelled at Nick and stomped out of the room.
"She's still pissed at you, eh?" Kevin asked once he came into the room.
"Yeah. I know that she has every right, but I can't-" He said and suddenly burst into laughter.
"Nick! You blew our cover!" I yelled coming into the room. I playfully hit him in the back as Kevin and Brian looked at us strange. To clue them in, I gave Nick a quick peck on the lips and they understood.
"So you two finally came to your senses?" Brian finally asked.
"What do you mean finally?" I asked defensively.
"Well, we all knew he liked you when he first saw you and I knew it was only a matter of time before you realized you liked him also." He stated. The part of mine of Nick's conversation earlier came to mind as a fit of giggles came upon me.
"No comment." I said and left the room, leaving the others in bewilderment.
"What she has in her system I don't know. But I don't think I wanna know." Kevin said and sat down on one of the couches.
"She thought I was gay. That's why she was laughing. When she first met me, she said that the reason she thought I was acting so weird was because she thought I was gay." Nick said sitting next to him.
"You aren't are you?" AJ said taking his eyes off the TV and onto Nick.
"Do I look like I'm gay?" He said with a glare.
"I dunno, sometimes I wonder about you!" He said and quickly left the room.
"I'm gonna get you for that one, AJ!" He yelled after him.
"Sure you will, Fruity boy!" He shouted back.
*~*That Night*~*
"Guys! I'm bored!" I shouted coming into the Entertainment Room. I plopped myself into the tiny space between Nick and AJ and looked at them for a cure of my boredom.
"Well we were gonna go clubbing' later. Wanna come?" AJ said putting the tub of ice cream down he had just devoured.
"Sure. I'll go ahead and get ready." I said and got up.
"I'll help." Nick called out and followed me out to my bunk.
"Okay, but you're not watching!" I said back to him. "I got this outfit last night at Express, and it would be perfect!" I said going through my bag. So far I had gotten 3 more outfits in Atlanta, and we were doing some more shopping tomorrow. I pulled out a crimson tub top and a pair of black paten leather flairs and walked over to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and got dressed in my superior fashion statement and walked out to find a shocking look on all the guys faces.
"You like?" I asked modeling it for them. The tub top showed off my emerald pierced belly button and the pants well they were just let's say..... intresting to walk in!
"I love." Nick said without blinking.
"I had no idea that those things were so tight. If I knew I would have never bought them for you!" Kevin said laughing.
"Well I sure am glad you didn't notice!" Nick said finally blinking.
"So am I! I'm gonna have some fun with these tonight!" I said and walked to my bunk to get my other supplies for my hair and make up. I walked back to the bathroom and swayed my hips on the way, on purpose of course. I finished getting ready with my light auburn hair up in a slightly messy french twist, and a few random sections of hair coming down in curls to frame my face. My make up was light with a ice pink lip gloss, white eye liner, and the normal foundation. I walked out gathering my mess on the way and walked back to my bunk and tossed them on there.
"Are you guys ready?" I shouted slipping my black sandals on. They had black embroidered butterflies on and raised me up about 3 inches.
"Yeah! Come on guys!" AJ shouted coming into the room. "You look nice!" He said and gave me a light hug.
"Thanks! You look better though!" I said admiring his baggy black cargo paints, wife beater and a black button down shirt over it. "But what's with all the black?" I said pulling away.
"Nothin'. I was just in the mood for it." He said as the others came in. "Hey Nick! You're girl is almost as tall as you!" He said as he walked over to me.
"That's only cause she cheated." He said slipping his arms around my waist and putting his head in the crook of my neck.
"You look sweet, hun." He whispered in my ear.
"Thanks." I said and gave him a light kiss.
"Okay, people! Let's go party!" AJ said as we started our way for Club Infinity.
