"Hi, I'd like one, one bed room for one night." I said to the lady who's tag said Christine.
"Okay well the only rooms we have left are on the celebrity floor, and those cost $50 extra," she said after typing up some stuff.
"Okay, thats fine." I handed her the money and she gave me the key. "Of course it would have to be on the top floor." I mumbled to myself. I walked to the elevator and pressed the button for the 15th floor. "Ding 1 2 3, ding 1 2 3, ding 1 2 3, ding 1, dong!" I yelped when it reached my destination. I stepped off the elevator and walked down the hall till I saw my number. It was the very last door in the hall. I slipped the key into the door and turned it. When I opened the door I found 5 pairs of eyes staring at me.
"Oh.... sorry.....they must have mixed up the keys." I said and rushed away. But before I closed the door someone said something.
"Daisy?" I guy asked.
"How do you know me?" I said stepping back in the doorway.
"We ran into each other in the street about an hour ago." The blond said.
"And we saw you at the park," the tallest one said.
"Yeah.......your right.......ummm........hi......bye!" I said and rushed down the hall. I quickly went downstairs, changed keys and went to my room, but found an adjoining door. "All well," I thought. I just wanted to think. I plopped down on my bed and was slowly drifting to sleep, when I herd singing from the other side of the adjoining door. "Ugg!" I said and opened the door.
"Could you guys please keep it down in here, just a little?" I asked keeping my aggravating tone to myself. The guys just stared at me like I was crazy. "Do I have something on my face?" I asked.
"Weren't you just up here?" the shortest one asked.
"Yes I was." I said politely.
"How did you get up here anyways?" The tall one asked.
"Well I stepped on the elevator pressed the number 15 button an-"
"I think he's talking about the fact that famous people are only aloud up here. Are you a new actress or something?" The other short one said.
"No actually they didn't have anymore rooms left so I just paid the extra 50 bucks to get up here. You guys aren't gonna bitch and blab about me to the front desk are you? Cause if you are I'll just leave now." I said kinda with an attitude.
"Sorry no need for the attitude now."
"I'm sorry. I've just had an extremely bad day. Or actually a really bad week." I said rubbing my forehead leaning on the door frame.
"Sorry, we were kinda rude at first too. I'm Kevin. This is Brian, Howie, Nick, and AJ."
"I'm Daisy." I said shaking their hands. "By the way, your voices are real good, I'm assuming your famous and I have been living under a rock lately or something....." I trailed off.
"Yeah, we're the Backstreet Boys." Nick said smiling.
"So YOUR the Backstreet Boys! I had herd some of your music, but I don't watch TV much so I had never seen your faces. Thats pretty cool. Well I had better go now, it was nice meeting you." I said closing the door.
"Wait," Nick said coming to the door.
"Would you like joining us for dinner?" I thought about it and remembered he had a girlfriend at the time so there was no point in me going.
"I don-"
"Please? You can be my new best friend!" he said gleaming.
"Just get it over with and make him happy, your never gonna see them again!" I thought to myself.
"Okay, sure."
"Okay, I'll knock on your door at six. Is that alright?"
"Yeah great." I answered as I shut the door. I glanced at the clock and it was 4:30 already, so I decided to go ahead and get ready to pass some time. I jumped in the shower and memories of the past 2 days came flooding back to me as I sunk down and cried. I kept crying till I realized I needed to get out before I ran out of time to get ready. I got out and wrapped a towel around my body and stepped out of the hot bathroom to hear a knock at my adjoining door.
"Can I come in?" Nick asked through the door.
"Actually no. I just stepped out of the shower. Just give me a few more minutes, k?" I replied.
"Okay, I just wanted you to meet my girlfriend before we left. Take your time."
"Okay, thanks." I walked away from the door and grabbed my backpack as I plopped down on the bed. I pulled out my silver flairs and a white boat neck 3/4 sleeve top. I slipped on my clothes, and fixed my hair and make up and pulled on my white sandals. I looked over my appearance again and approved and walked to the adjoining door and knocked.
"Hi," said a semi-tall blond, who looked almost my age.
"Hi, I'm Daisy."
"I'm Mandy. Its nice to meet you. Please come in. Nick's in the bathroom overlooking himself." She said sitting on the bed, as I sat next to her. "So tell me about yourself." She said.
"Well theres not much to tell. I'm 16, a junior in highschool, a hopefully soon-to-be-discovered dancer. Not much else."
"Where are you from?"
"Here in New York." I stated simply.
"Then if I'm not butting in too much," She said while I messed with my nails. "Why are you staying in a hotel?" I froze. 'Okay Daisy, think fast! Parents died!' I thought to myself.
"My parents died in a car crash, so since I have no other family around here I'm moving to Florida tomarrow." I said nervously.
"Really? What part of Florida?" Nick asked as he came into the room.
"Orlando. Why?"
"Well thats where we live and we're going home tomarrow." He said sitting next to Mandy.
"Really?"
"Yeah, cool huh?"
"Yeah, the best." I said not to excitedly. I really didn't want friends right now. I was saved by the others coming in.
"We ready to munch?" AJ said bursting through the doorway.
"Yeah, lets go." Nick said looking at me oddly.
