Below is a list of
all the clubs that have had league points deducted for various reasons, the
main one being playing ineligible players. There are also instances where,
through no fault of their own, clubs have lost points owing to the
resignation or expulsion of a member club. There have also
been two occasions, in 1894-95 and 1924-25,
when clubs were awarded points after the non-appearance of their
opponents. |
