overview |
The first Inter City League began winding down in 1904 after the
Glasgow clubs left to reform the Glasgow League. Hearts and Hibernian stayed
for 1904-05, but by the end of that season, they too had left. A league of
three clubs soldiered on for one more year but disbanded in 1906. Two years
later the Inter City League was revived, but this ill-fated venture fizzled
out after just one campaign. |
