A 2 CD collection of Esher demos and other recordings from 1968. The electric versions of Yer Blues are not by the Beatles; rather, the tracks are taken from the Rock 'n' Roll Circus TV special, aired in December 1968, featuring John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards and Mitch Mitchell -- the Dirty Mac. The sound on the Esher demos is not the best I've heard, but it's nice to have this collection in one place -- an acoustic White Album. The set comes with a nice 9"x13" "poster" reminiscent of the insert in the officially released White Album.
