Here is a river that's made of tears.
Filling with sorrow for our loved one so dear     

This river which never overflows it's bounds
As it fills with the tears of the lost and found.

Our tears fill this water that flows,
On and on, our sorrow and woes

Then God sends His love to calm our fears
 And sooth the water in this river of tears.

 We thank our heavenly Father above
For His never ending glorious love

Come, place all your tears in this river of sorrow
Let God help you live a better tomorrow

Flowers shall grow by the river of tears
In love and remembrance for many years
Flowers whose sweet fragrance shall fill the air
In honor and memory for love ones everywhere
