Paul's Artwork

To see original cartoons,click here.

This is an original painting of my aunt's grandson from Grand Isle. Paul did this one for her during the summer of 2000.

This is an original painting of Dudley Gaspard of Grand Isle. Paul did this one for her during the summer of 2001. Dud was the owner of the Bridgeside Cabins and Marina. He was also a barber, busdriver, and duck carver.

This is an original painting of a great egret. It is called Egret Wading in the Marsh.

This original painting is called La Maison Rouge. This is the house once owned by former Grand Isle mayor Andy Valence. It is located at the end of Cemetery Lane on Grand Isle. The house is over 100 years old and has a very mysterious past.

This is a painting of a scene from King Lear. It is called "Dead Cordelia."

Original painting of wood ducks.

This was done for ART class. This is a painting from the cartoon The Little Mermaid. Except for the face and a few other features, the idea and the characters are from the cartoon and not Paul's creation--just practice work..The "inspiration" for this drawing is Mary Alice Risener.

These are some of Paul's cartoon creations.

This is a drawing of the wrestler Goldberg-also done for ART class.. There is a glare on the right arm in the photo. I take the worst pictures because of my bifocals. I can hardly ever take a clear picture. Anyway this was done for someone in Grand Isle

This is an original painting for Ena Brunet. The boat in the front is the Captain Ko. It belongs to her husband KoKo Brunet. The boat behind it is a "ghostship", the M. Gottesman. It was owned by him also, but it sunk during Hurricane Juan. Mr. Brunet was in the boat during that storm and was missing for quite a while.

A woman riding a dragon-all of these are photos of the pictures he drew that have been scanned. This was a drawing done for his art 2 class.

This was done for his art 2 class. They had to find a picture and draw it.

This drawing is about 2 feet by 3 feet. This was also done for Art 2 class. The picture was from the Three Faces of Foley Video Cover.

This is an ink drawing done of the wrestler(again, a wrestler!)Bubba Dudley. It is done completely in dots. There is not one line drawn.
