Ranma 1/2 Nettouhen episode 3  
"Watashiga Joketsuzoku no Obaba"

Basically the story from the manga volume 5 where we discover that
Shampoo turns into a cat when she touches cold water.  Also, this
episode introduces Shampoo's great grandmother.

***** SPOILERS *****

 Shampoo's great grandmother files to Japan in a bird shaped container
 attached to an airplane.  She lands and asks where Ranma is.

 Ryouga is trying to beat up Ranma cuz he says Ranma kissed Akane.  Ranma
 says  he doesn't remember.  Ryouga falls into the water and turns into
 P-chan.  Ranma continues with his jogging.  Then he runs into Sasuke and
 Kunou.  They try to beat up Ranma for kissing Akane.

 Akane is practicing in the doujou when Ranma comes home.  Ranma apologizes
 to Akane, but he says that he doesn't remember anything when he turns into
 a cat.  They start to argue and Akane beats him up some more.

 Ranma is taking a hot bath.  As he is about to get out, the cat that
 Shampoo had sent from China walks into the bathroom.  the cat jumps at
 Ranma and they both fall into the hot bath.  When they come up, the cat
 turns into Shampoo.  Shampoo is happy that Ranma is really a boy, and
 hugs him.  Then, Akane walks in on them.

 Ranma was trying to come up with a way to apologize to Akane about the
 bath incident.  Akane says that she doesn't care, but still pours water
 on Ranma and then kicks her.  Then, Shampoo's great grandma comes and
 attacks Ranma-chan.

 Shampoo brings ramen for the entire Tendo family, saying that they moved
 into the neighborhood and opened a new ramen store.  Shampoo's great
 grandma also appears and says that Ranma should marry Shampoo.  She says
 that she is 350 years old (I think the manga says something different).
 Akane's father says that Ranma's already engaged to Akane.  Ranma says
 that he doesn't want to marry either.  Shampoo then takes Ranma to the
 bathroom and shows him her body, that she turns into a cat when she
 touches cold water, and tells him the story about how she trained in
 China and became this way by falling into the spring.  Shampoo's great
 grandma comes and fights Ranma.  Ranma gets knocked into the pond in
 the Tendo yard and turns into Ranma-chan.  Then right away, Akane and
 Shampoo both run and brings a pot of hot water.

 Great grandma runs away and tells Ranma to catch her.  They fight in the
 streets.  Great grandma runs away and climbs to the top of the shrine's
 gate.  Ranma was waiting for her.  Great grandma gives Ranma the pressure
 point hit so that Ranma can't touch hot water.

 That night, Ranma tries to take a bath.  He screams as he touches the hot
 water.  He says it's too hot.  Kasumi feels the water and says that it's
 not hot.  Great grandma comes in through the window and tells Ranma about
 the hit that she gave him.  She says that Ranma will not be able to be a
 man any more unless he agrees to marry Shampoo.
