Aresia says "No, that's not possible... if you mean by clone a Doppelganger, they have no aura..."
Ruby wispers to Payne
Zoisite puts a hand to his head and seats himself in the air behind Rose. He looks from one Serenity to the other a few times, then says under his breath, "My head hurts."
Aresia . o O ( How the HECK can it get any more insane... )
Payne looks to the new arrival and shruggles lightly at Ruby, showing that HE is clueless.
Princess_Serenity sighs and throws her arms up in the air. "Well then I don't know.. I mean it's impossible for me to be me and her at the same time!"
Aresia . o O ( I mean... now what? )
Kako na'Sadame walks in, quietly..... looking around...
Prince Endymion has arrived.
Rose says "Why does everybody's head hurt? I don't see why this is such a challenge. Aresia's determined that we don't have an imposter, and that seems like the worst thing."
Aresia says "Apparently impossible has gone out the window, princess-- Princesses, rather."
Princess Serenity, for once, remains somewhat calm. She smiles sweetly in Zoisite's direction, then drapes an arm around the other Serenity's shoulder. "Lord Zoisite, I'd like you to meet my sister!" Beam.
What can be seen in the garden is the group of individuals gaping at two identical Serenitys.
Aresia grumbles, "not sister.. doesn't ANYONE understand that this is insane?"
Aresia blinks-- and looks at the newcomer.
Kako na'Sadame pauses as she sees the two Serenitys.... she pushes back her hood a bit, to make sure she's seeing this right....
Zoisite drifts over to Serenity X 2's general direction, and looks at them both intently. After a moment, he asks quietly "Princess, how is my gift to you? Still in good condition?"
Princess_Serenity shrugs and looks at her 'sister' and says, "I beleive lady Aresia doesn't want to beleive that we are sister."
Ruby looks really confuesd and eventualy spots Endymion and bows again "goof evening my prince"
Aresia . o O ( Maybe I'm sick... she's wierder than either of them.... she's... only half here? I MUST be ill... )
Prince Endymion walks quietly into the gardens, not having noticed the 'twins' yet. He seems to be looking for someone, and nods vaguely as he hears his name. . o O (Where did she go?)
Princess Serenity rolls those blue eyes at her twin. "Honored Mars doesn't want to believe a lot of things." She winks at the other before turning to peer at Zoisite. "Gift?" She asks, brow creasing as head cants to one side. She is too busy with her so-called family reunion to notice the newcomer.
Aresia looks at the woman in black, mistrustfully.
Princess_Serenity giggles and nods to her twin's comment. "How true..." She tilts her head at Zoisite's question, wondering what he meant.
Zoisite nods solmnly, eyes flickering lightly from one princess to the other. "The item I presented to Queen Selenity-sama during my cohort and my first... ahh.. hushed visit to the moon."
Aresia . o O ( She doesn't feel right either... is she somehow interfering with The Sense Arcane? No... that's not supposed to be possible... )
Kako na'Sadame looks at Aresia, you can't really see her face, shrouded the way it is, but you can sense her looking at you.
Payne starts inclining his back in a formal bow to Endymion, seriously considering an official "drop to the knee" move, but finally deciding against it, as royalty is abundant and he's not eager to spend his evening, exercising his manners. And then, on an afterthought, he moves to stand a little behind Ruby.
Aresia . o O ( Wait... why does she seem... I don't quite KNOW what... )
Prince Endymion nods, towards Payne, then blinks. Twice. His jaw drops -slightly-. . o O (What in the -heck-?)
Kako na'Sadame turns her gaze to the two Serenities.... ( What in the world? )
Princess_Serenity blinks as she notices Payne's action, she turns to look over her shoulder to see what he's looking at and smiles warmly as she recognizes someone.
Zoisite looks from Serenity to Serenity, and affects a hurt demeanor. "Surely you have not forgotten? You so appreciated it at the time. I hope my clothing of the time did not put you off in some way."
Aresia approaches the woman in black, extending her hand. "Greetings... I think we have not met?"
Princess Serenity raises an eyebrow at Aresia, wondering aloud, "Honored Mars, why do you twitch so?" She follows her gaze and blinks in surprise at the cloaked figure... And then she turns to Zoisite, features distraught. "Oh no... I'm afraid I have forgotten...." Pout. And /then/ her other self catches her attention, and Serenity moves to see just what her apparent twin sister is looking at.. Blinkblink. "Oh..."
Rose looks around at the group, inclines her head to Endymion, then half-turns to look longingly at her tree. A nap. A nap would be good right now.
Kako na'Sadame tilts her hood back slightly to reveal blood red eyes, "Not in this lifetime, honoured Mars," she says in a softly accented voice.
Prince Endymion blinks rapidly, finding himself the target of dual stares from the Serenity twins, "I...ahh...." He looks at Zoisite, as if asking for an explanation.
Zoisite sighs deeply, in exaggerated stage fashion. He places one hand upon his chest as though nursing a wounded heart, then poofs (petals!) and un-poofs (more petals!) near Endymion. "Prince, this gets more confusing with each moment. I don't think either one of them are the Princess that I am familliar with."
Kako na'Sadame glances at the two Serenity....
Zoisite has partially disconnected.
Aresia says "NANI?!?!?"
Princess_Serenity waves to Endymion and looks over to her double, wondering if she sees him too.
Kako na'Sadame glances at the others assembled and then turns, apparently prepared to leave when Aresia's exclamation gives her pause.
Aresia blinks! "Um, nothing-- nothing really-- she just mentioned a new thing in... um... weaponsmithing, is all."
Prince Endymion blinks, turning faintly from the twin princesses to ask Aresia, "What's the matter, Princess Mars?"
Princess Serenity watches Zoisite's.. poofing, and frowns sadly. "Oh, I apologize, Lord Zoisite... I never meant to forgive your gift, truly!" She pouts cutely before her attention is drawn back to Endymion. "Have you met my sister?" She smiles brightly before Aresia's outburst causes her to turn around. "Honored Mars?" She wonders aloud, eyes flickering back and forth from Aresia to the cloaked-one.
Aresia says "Um excuse me, the lady and I have to dicuss metallurgy."
Kako na'Sadame smiles wryly.
Aresia leads "Kako" to a bench, rather insistently. "In depth."
Aresia sits.
Princess_Serenity blinks as she looks at her mirror image. "Of course we met.. it's you that he didn't meet... I think..." She looks to Endymon, wondering if he knows the answer.
Payne merely observes from behind Ruby's shoulder, trying to calculate, how the situation is going to be resolved and how many people will require his services ever after.
Kako na'Sadame follows, sedately.
Prince Endymion pauses a moment, then slowly speaks, "I...ah...wasn't aware that you had a sister?" He speaks to both girls, looking rather confused.
Aresia grumbles, "It's not a sis-- oh, never MIND."
Princess Serenity just smiles everso sweetly at the Prince. "Neither was I, until this evening."
Rose nods emphaticly at Princess Serenity's comment. "Isn't it /cool/?"
Zoisite does his disappearing act once more, this time flickering into sight behind Rose. He says something quietly to her, perhaps audible to those nearby. "I'm going to go see if I can bribe him into a Venusian outfit I saw recently. Should take a half hour or so, if you wish to see later." He grins, patting her lightly on the back once, then drifting up and bowing to the dual princesses. "My ladies, if you will excuse me." He then proceeds to poof out of sight, again. The ground must be littered with sakura blossoms by now.
Zoisite vanishes in a lazy swirl of sakura blossoms.
Zoisite has left.
Princess_Serenity frowns ever so slightly at the smile her double shines toward the prince, apparently quite annoyed as she glances at her and Endymon repeatdly.
Rose splutters into laughter at Zoisite's comment, /almost/ managing to control her faint blush.
Aresia facepalms.
Kako na'Sadame gives Aresia a wane smile.
Princess Serenity turns and nods emphatically at Rose. "Yes, it is." She smiles brightly, giving a delighted clap of her hands. "I've always wanted a sister." She repeats for the umpteenth time this evening.
Prince Endymion's eye twitches just -faintly- at the word 'Venusian', but he tries not to show it, not giving more attention to eather girl. He's not -that- clueless, "Um...how, if I can ask, did it happen?"
Aresia resists the urge to scream that they are NOT sisters, damnit, and just sighs DEEPLY.
Aresia . o O ( And even if they WERE sisters, if he doesn't know how THAT would happen... YEESH. )
Princess_Serenity shrugs and looks back at the prince, smilling tenderly at him. "Don't ask me... was just walking and then I noticed that she was talking with Lady Aresia and Lady Rose... no idea where she came from though." She looks at her mirror image, "Though Aresia states we're the same person.. so guess that we're twins or something..."
Rose blinks at Endymion. "Just like when there's one kid, I assume... unless you don't know that part, either, in which case, well, uhm, when two people love each other..."
Prince Endymion shakes his head at Rose, blushing faintly, "I know -that-. I mean...if she didn't have one until tonight...as far as I know, you have to start as a baby."
Princess Serenity doesn't appear to be listening to anything other than her own mind, because she just turns to her other self and wonders, "Would you like to share a room, or shall we have Mother give you another one?"
Kako na'Sadame smiles and stands, bowing to the Princess Mars before she walks out of the garden.
Kako na'Sadame leaves the gardens.
Kako na'Sadame has left.
Aresia grins, a bit hysterically. "Share a room... HEEEEEEH."
Princess_Serenity looks at her twin and smiles. "Well sharing my room could be fun... but you could have your own room if you want too."
Jadeite has arrived.
Jadeite steps into the garden, twirling a rose in his fingers like it were a drumstick and starts steadily walking towards the crowd.
Princess_Serenity turns to look at Aresia, wondering even more if she is alright. Shrugging she glances back at herself.
Payne blinks as a Jadeite's uniform drifts past his eyes and he looks to the side, inwardly groaning, because he knows what to expect...another bowing procedure.
Aresia . o O ( The Forgotten one is real... That I didn't want to really know... and there are more than one of her... Oh, there's got to be a way out of this... )
Princess Serenity glances at Aresia, raising one brow, then the other. "Err... Are you feeling alright, Honored Mars? What were you and the... Err.. Lady discussing?" She smiles sweetly... Nosy nosy.
Prince Endymion . o O ( What do I do about this...and Kesila? )
Jadeite just smiles at the people present, with a smile some ten degrees warmer going to Aresia, and studies Serenities with a cautious eye, as if mentally searching them for concealed weapons.
Jadeite . o O ( Okay, if there is an assasination attempt for Prince's life, this is the perfect way to go about it. )
Jadeite is still twirling the damn rose in his fingers - only from red it just became yellow.
Aresia says "You do NOT want to know. Be guided by me in this-- you do NOT want to know."
Princess Serenity glances curiously at Jadeite, wriggling her fingers in a wave. "Good evening... Did you meet my sister?" Now she /must/ just be slowly but surely trying to drive Lady Mars insane...
Aresia . o O ( Hells Seven, I wish Jadeite was here... even if I can't talk to him about hwat's actually going on, at least his sanity would be a comfort... )
Rose shoots in intrigued look at the color-changing rose. "That's interesting."
Princess_Serenity looks at her 'sister' oddly and say. "Why do you keep introducing me to everyone that I know and that knows me? Honestly.. I should be the one introducing you to them.. not the other way around."
Jadeite just smiles back to Aresia. "There's not much things I wouldn't want to know, Princess." and bows - first to one Serenity, then to the other. "Good evening... Your Highness."
Aresia says, uncertainly at hearing the word Interesting, which right now might not be a good thing-- "What's interest--" and her face brightens perceptively at the sight of Jadeite.
Ruby ohhhh's at the rose "oh thats prety isent it payne-kun, it would go right with that little number you made the other day for...
Jadeite . o O ( And if it's a natural phenomenon, now's a perfect time to shoot a crossbow bolt in the back of his head either way... someone WILL be exploiting this... )
Aresia says "PLease, sit, Guardian Jadeite... it's a complex matter."
Princess Serenity just nods in agreement with Rose. "That's lovely." She nods at the rose in Jadeite's hand, then turns to her 'sister' frowning, though only faintly, in confusion. "What do you mean? They couldn't possibly know /you/, when they know /me/... Right?" Blink.
Payne nods, glancing at the rose and hmmping "Yes...and a dress which'd change colour, would be just a perfect hit to our rivals..."
Prince Endymion sits down on a bench, quietly, simply watching.
Aresia says "I THINK you two are beginning to understand."
Princess_Serenity tilts her head and puts her hands on her waist. "Look.. 'sis'... you're the new one here.. I've known these people for as long as I can remember..."
Jadeite smiles to Aresia. Apparently, he pays no attention to the rose at all - although, how else would you find this apparent other than by consequences of him leaving illusion to go awry, is not known - as the rose first becomes white and then crystal clear and translucent.
Aresia mutters to herself, "sh hhs shg..."
Jadeite still mechanically twirls it though.
Princess Serenity glances back at Aresia, "Understand what?" She asks quickly, before her attention returns to the other Princess Serenity. "Oh, don't be silly." She smiles brightly.
Princess_Serenity smiles and shakes her head slowly, "You're the one who is silly... everyone here knows that I am the first Serenity.. you're the second one.. come to think of it.. you can't be called by my name.. you'll need to pick a new one."
Rose clears her throat. "Actually, you walked into the room second."
Jadeite stops twirling his rose and tosses it on the ground - where it mysteriously fades out into nothingness. "First step - before we do or say anything - is to make sure we can tell them apart." He looks at the garden, and two roses, one yellow, the other red, float to his hands.
Aresia . o O ( I need a chalkboard and BOTH of the Lonely Senshi... OW. )
Princess_Serenity turns to look at Rose. "Well yeah.. but I mean I'm the one you've all met first.. not this new me."
Kako na'Sadame comes from the reception area.
Kako na'Sadame has arrived.
Kako na'Sadame returns....
Aresia looks up, at Kako, with a wierdly hopeful expression.
Prince Endymion murmurs faintly, "How -are- you going to tell the difference, Jadeite?"
Jadeite looks at the roses, and they quickly float into the air, and affix themselves to the Serenity's hair balls. Princess Serenity gets the yellow one, while Princess_Serenity - the red one. "Pardon me, Princess - this has to be done."
Kako na'Sadame walks over to Mars, "She'll be along... as soon as she clears up a couple... matters."
Aresia says "What difference... No-one here can see... oh, KAMI, what if another ME walks in ? then BOTH of us have headaches..."
Aresia says "Jadeite-- you are wasting your time..."
Rose looks around. "Another me would be /great/. Particularly if there was another you, Aresia -- I don't think I could handle the double-teaming."
Princess Serenity blinks at Jadeite, then smiles. "I love roses... Don't you?" She glances back to her 'sister', "Aren't they lovely?" She glances at Aresia and ohs, "Do you have a sister too, then, Rose?" She grins enigmatically at Lady Jupiter, winking.
Princess_Serenity smiles and fixes the rose in her hair. "No worry... it's such a beautiful flower." She nods to her sister and smiles.
Jadeite nods to Aresia. "Regardless, but if they are the same, the only way to a solution is to first make sure there is some difference - even if we brought about this difference. Before that, no evidence will be worthwhile."
Prince Endymion says dryly, "Serenity red and yellow?"
Aresia says "I have already read thier auras... and IK have new... information... and... **sighs**"
Kako na'Sadame watches, sitting down and wating patiently for something... She pulls back her hood to look around and enjoy the garden...
Jadeite nods to Endymion, "My Prince disagrees?"
Prince Endymion shrugs, "I didn't say that, did I?"
Aresia . o O ( It's not fair. I have to be in a wierd quasi-temporal crisis when Jadeite is here and I haven't seen him for weeks... it's not FAIR. )
Rose looks quizzically at the newcomer... who isn't really a newcomer. "Uhm. Hello?"
Jadeite smiles to Endymion and turns back to the Serenitys. He asks seriously, "Your Highness. You both are completely convinced you were THE Princess Serenity, yes?"
Kako na'Sadame turns her attention to Rose, inclining her head in greeting to the princess Jupiter.
Aresia . o O ( And they are convinced for good reason... )
Princess_Serenity frowns and looks at Jadeite. "What do you mean.. were.. I am Princess Serenity." She looks at her other self. "It's honored Mars who stated that she was Serenity too."
Princess Serenity gives Endymion a sidelong glance, then eyes Jadeite, nodding lightly. "I know I am... I must be... Rose, you know I'm me, don't you?" She asks, blue eyes flickering in her direction.
Aresia says "Oh, don't pay any attention to my insights... it's OBVIOUS that the truth is inferior to the merely possible."
Jadeite replies with his trademark poker face on, "You contradict... yourself, your Highness."
Rose shrugs at the yellow-Princess. "You /look/ like you and act like you, sooo..."
Aresia says "Oh, no she doesn't... not really..."
Kako na'Sadame chuckles faintly at Aresia's comment.
Rose says "Aresia, you're not making any sense. Hush."
Princess Serenity nods vigorously at Rose. "So I /must/ be...myself." She blinks.
Aresia says "I am making PERFECT sense.... It's only that I'm making perfect sense out of a senseless situation."
Princess_Serenity sighs heavily and shakes her head. "This is to confusing... it's simple.. she has to be my sister... a twin who was stolen when we were born and mother never told me about it." She looks up at herself and shrugs, her eyes searching those that are like hers and says, "What do you think?"
Kako na'Sadame says "It is not sensesless."
Aresia says "I sure isn't sensible."
Sailor Pluto says "Of course it's not senseless. You're doing a very admirable job."
Aresia says "Yes, well................ nani?"
Sailor Pluto appears from literally out of nowhere....
Jadeite tosses a glance towards Kako ... or Pluto. "It isn't... and yet this is also very much likely to be wrong. If only because stealing a newborn princess from here is next to impossible."
Rose looks vaguely disconcerted as the newcomer she /was/ trying to speak to is /not/ the one that just spoke.
Kako na'Sadame looks up, "About time, my dear...."
Princess_Serenity blinks a few time as she sees a figure appear.
Aresia says "Then... the Secret histories... I KNEW it."
Princess Serenity frowns in faint confusion at her... twin sister. "Well, that might be it... Except that I've lived here," She getures toward the ground, "For all of my life..." She glances over and blinks at... Pluto. At Aresia's comment she turns, eyes growing wide, "They're all true?" She wonders, softly.
Jadeite . o O ( And if there is anyone who looks like a guards-and-robbers children's game asassin, that's this lady. )
Ruby mutters to Payne, "pmp who ms thpt?"
Ruby points to Pluto and mutters to Payne
Payne suggests to Ruby in a hushed voice "My best guess is, another customer?"
Aresia . o O ( Do I mention her name? Her title? There ARE two of them.... what does this mean? )
Aresia stands. "Gentles all, I think we have a solution to the problem. At least, I desparately hope so."
Princess_Serenity considers replying to her 'twin' but is to confused at all that's happening around her. She looks over to Aresia who seems to have a clue of what's happening, her blue eyes begging for some clue that'll prove that she really is Serenity and not the sister of this other one.
Aresia says "Honored.. um, Personage, perhaps you can explain where I have failed?"
Kako na'Sadame has connected.
Aresia . o O ( I almost called her by her planet... that would not have been good, I bet... )
Princess Serenity is horribly confused... Well, she certainly looks it, anyway. "What problem?" She couldn't mean.. her dear sister? Gasp. She glances at the mysterious one among them -- /not/ her twin -- and watches curiously.
Princess_Serenity blinks a few time as she looks at the strange person, taking a step in her general direction.
Jadeite folds his arms and waits.
