The 1998 olympic games wasn't perfect for Michelle but it was okey. Michelle went into the long program leading and lost the lead at the end. Michelle skated her long program without making a mistake but the judges gave her 5.7's 5.8's for technical merit and all 5.9's for artistry and that wasn't enough to give her the gold medal, instead, she won the silver medal.

Michelle skated early and it was a disadvantaged because skater who skate early tend to recieve lower scores. Michelle will try to say around for the next olympic in Salt Lake City in the year 2002, she will be 21 and I hope she does her best.
